Responsibilities:

  • The Quotation Specialist provides quotations to Utility customers. Quotation Specialists are required to work closely with all departments to ensure costs, delivery, and customer requirements are accurate. Duties & Responsibilities Receives and processes quotation packages based on deadlines given by potential customers. Communicates with internal/external departments regarding cost, delivery, technical and commercial requirements. Update/review QT pricing based on cost components and margins set by management. Package customer’s proposals and communicate proposals to Sales Managers, Sales Representative agents, and or customers directly. Update Sales records databases.


Requirements:

Human Resources Generalist

  • Direct back-up and support to HR Manager

Material Handler - Shipping

Responsibilities:

  • Moves and stacks materials.
  • Performs receiving and pre-ship functions of all types of material. This would include duties such as verifying part numbers and quantities match the bundling sheets or BOLs.

    QC Weld Inspector

    Bossier City, LA

    Responsibilities:

    • The AWS Inspector is responsible to ensure that all parts, shafts, and/or poles meet standards set forth by design requirements.
    • Performs all inspection in accordance with AWS QC1.
    • Performs Visual Weld Inspections to the requirements of AWS D1.1.
    • Responsible for visual dimensional inspection of poles, shafts, and prior to shipment.
    • Uses various dimensioning tools (i.e. 25/50 foot tape measure, 6" rules, combination squares, levels, etc.) to ensure proper coatings have been applied, when required.
    • Inspects parts to blue prints/design drawings.
    • Cross train in other areas of Quality Control Department and fill in when need arises.
    • Ensure that all documentation is accurately and neatly completed.
    • Comply with Sabre safety standards at all times.
    • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with personnel of Quality Department and all departments at Sabre.

    Requirements:

    • Must be able to work the night shift.
    • Must be able to obtain level I and level II ultrasonic testing certification through an e-learning course (course will be taken after work hours).
    • One year in Quality Control or related field in a manufacturing environment.

        • Receive material and prepare it to be galvanized by hanging it on metal hooks and placing on the overhead crane either manually or by use of equipment.
